This is a process that consults with the customer about the product they want, creates a development drawing using the AUTO CAD program, and programs it so that it can be punched with an NCT punching machine. It has the advantage of being able to precisely and quickly design almost any secondary shape desired by the customer and also allowing for rapid modification.

NCT (Numerical control Turrent) punching

This machine is designed to solve the problem of profit versus cost when manufacturing molds and producing small quantities of products, which require a lot of money and time. While the press has only one mold built in and requires a lot of time to replace and modify the mold, NCT has 58 molds built into the turret, so it can quickly produce the shape of the part the customer wants and is easy to modify.

LASER cutting

Unlike NCT, this process does not require a mold and involves cutting programmed drawings with a laser. This has the advantage over NCT of having a clean cutting surface and being able to cut thick metal.

CNC(Computer Numerical Control)절곡

This is the process of bending and folding products cut with NCT and LASER to the desired angle and dimension using a computer-controlled system.

welding

This is the process of attaching the bent product and is the final process until the production of the finished product. We, Sambu Kangup, have argon, oxygen, Co2, and spot welding machines, enabling a variety of welding.
